The consultation concerns the maintenance of access control, anti-intrusion and video systems monitoring and provision of remote monitoring with resolution of doubts of various sites of the Departments of Saone et Loire and its colleges.
The services give rise to framework agreements with single-award purchase orders without minimum and with a maximum in application of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
The maximum annual amounts per lot are as follows:
Lot No. 1: maintenance of access control, intrusion alarm and video surveillance systems installed on the various sites of the department (excluding colleges): 72,000.00 Euros excluding tax
Lot n 2: remote monitoring services for anti-intrusion systems, fire, technical alarms and resolution of doubt: 23,000.00 Euros excluding tax for the first year (including "CNIL" services), 20,000.00 Euros excluding tax per year in subsequent years
Lot No. 3: upkeep and maintenance of access control systems, installed in the department's 46 colleges: 1,250,000 Euros excluding tax.
They are tacitly renewable 3 times, for a period of 1 year, i.e. one maximum duration of 4 years.
