Description:
The subject of this framework agreement is the allocation of telephone assistance, corrective and scalable maintenance for the Mac Val site as well as additional services. The framework agreement will take effect from its date of notification for a period of one (1) year. It is likely To be renewed three (3) times on its anniversary date, for a period of one (1) year each time per tacit decision of the contracting authority, without however that its total duration can exceed four (4) years. The framework agreement is likely to be renewed, for a period of one year (1) per decision of the contracting authority, from the date on which the maximum amount is reached, without however that its total duration can exceed four (4) years. In this case, the contracting authority informs the holder of the date of the occurrence of the early renewal. It will be the subject of vouchers Order, issued as needed. The estimated value is 155,200 euros HT, it is non -contractual and can be understood over the entire duration of the market (renewed renewals). The contractual amounts for the initial period (1 year) are: minimum amount: 5,000 euros HT annual and 50,000 euros Maximum annual excl.
