- The consultation concerns the realization of the missions of monitoring and animation of the program to reduce the vulnerability of private buildings to floods by runoff in the territory of the Montpellier metropolis included in the Lez slopes basin as well as that of the gold pond.
On the Base of knowledge of the owners of plots concerned by floods by runoff, the metropolis wishes to launch a device identical to the Lez'Alabri et Or'Alabri device on runoff: runner.
The overall objectives of the operation are as follows:
- Communication around the system (website, brochures, information meetings, etc.),
- Diagnostics realization on behalf of individual buildings,
- Realization of family safety plans (PFMS),
- Carrying out diagnostics for collective buildings including the parts municipalities, the diagnosis of a witness apartment on the ground floor and the diagnosis of the buried car parks when there are,
- Realization of information posters on the risk for common areas and useful supports for individuals living in collective buildings,
- Support Owners in the production of successful subsidies request files.
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.
