Description: This notice concerns a mono-attribute framework for the acquisition of pneumatic overpressure stations 300 bars oxygen and associated services comprising:

A firm share:
- Acquisition of two (2) mobile pneumatic overpressure stations 300 bars for oxygen and mixing breathable gases.
A share with purchase orders:
- provision of pressure relief stations;
- training for the implementation of the equipment;
- preventive visits to overpressurer;
- on-site expertise by the holder.
A controlled share for 15% of the amount of the firm share.
The Framework Agreement is part of a procedure negotiated with prior advertising in accordance with Articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 in R. 2361-12 of the Public Code.
