Description:
The purpose of this call for tenders is to subscribe to the Property Damage and related risks insurance contract for the Urban Community of PROVENCE VERTE and its CIAS, excluding goods allocated to the recovery of household and similar waste.
The contract is divided into 2 lots :
lot 1: Damage to property and related risks - CAPV and CIAS property
lot 2: Damage to property and related risks - CAPV specific property
Only lot 1 was placed in a group order with the CIAS.
This consultation is an open call for tenders, made in accordance with articles L.2124-1, L.2124-2 and R.2124-1 and R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 and L.2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Order Code.
The duration of the contract is 5 years from January 1, 2026 until December 31, 2030, with the option of annual termination for either party upon notice of 6 months in advance. January 1st of each year.
The description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the General Technical Clauses (CCTG) specific to each lot and in the documents in the consultation file.
The state of the park has an area of:
- State of heritage CAPV 28,444 m2
- State of CIAS heritage 416 m2
- Vacant properties or Properties intended for demolition CAPV 5,237.87m2
This consultation does not concern goods dedicated to the recovery of household and similar waste which are the subject of a specific insurance policy. ...
