Description:
The framework agreement concerns maintenance and maintenance, repairs and repairs, new installations of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, domestic water and water treatment in the buildings of the Provence Verte agglomeration. The market is broken down In 3 lots: lot n 1: mono, BI and multi-split air conditioners, lot n 2: Other CVC systems and lot n 3: Water water production and detailed technical description of the services to be performed is indicated in the specific technical clauses (C.C.T.P) and in The unit and flat -rate price slip (B.P.U.F). The procedure followed is the open tender subject to the provisions of articles R.2124-1, l.2124-2 and R.2161.2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code. This consultation will be made in application of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. This is a mono-assigning order formal order agreement, without resetting during orders, with the minimum annual amounts and the following maximum annual amounts of order: lot n 1: minimum annual amount: 8,000.00 Euros H.T / Maximum annual amount: 70,000.00 euros H.T Lot 2: minimum annual amount: 4,000.00 euros H.T / Annual maximum amount: 50,000.00 euros H.T Lot 3: Annual minimum amount: 2,000.00 euros H.T / Annual maximum amount: 20,000.00 euros H.T
