Description:
The market relates to a mission of monitoring and animation of the public service of the renovation of housing (SPRH) of Provence Verte, throughout the territory of the Agglomeration Community of Provence Green. The content of the mission is described in the specific technical clauses notebook(CCTP) and in the unit and flat -rate price slip. The procedure followed is the open tender subject to the provisions of articles R.2124-1, L.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R 2161-5 of the public procurement code. This is a framework for mono -attributing order orders, without deliveryIn competition during orders, which passed in application of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the CCP.
