Description:
The purpose of the market is to execute work to create and renovate drinking water, wastewater, rainwater networks and their ancillary works in the territory of municipalities whose management of EU and/or AEP skills is ensured directly by CAPV. Technical descriptionDetailed of the services to be performed is indicated in the specific technical clauses notebook (C.C.T.P) and in the unit and flat -rate price slip (B.P.U.F). This open suitable procedure is subject to the provisions of articles L.2123-1, R.2123-1-1 and R.2123-4 to R.2123-5of the public procurement code. This consultation will be made in application of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code This is a framework agreement with MONO Awarded purchase orders without rendering in competition, with minimum amount and with amountmaximum. The total amount of orders for the initial duration of the market is: - annual minimum amount: 25,000.00 euros H.T - Annual maximum amount: 800,000.00 euros H.T Its duration is set at 12 months within the limit of the maximum commitment amount provided. It is renewable 3 times per renewalexpress per period of 12 months
