MARCHE M1, RENTAL OF MEDIUM POWER EQUIPMENT aims to collect prior opinions on existing and, or innovative technical solutions available on the market for meet the need for materialsel de traction ferroviae.
An Excel file specifying the nature of the need and allowing the capacities of potential suppliers to be known is attached to this notice and must be given to the buyer in charge of the file.

SNCF Reseau wishes to set up a rental market with maintenance of locomotives suitable for circulation throughout the RFN and border points, and the French lines of the rail systemEuropean oviary outside RFN, outside ETCS non-equipped LGVs:
- Tranche 1 farm - 29 locomotives
- Tranche 2 option - 23 locomotives
- Tranche 3 option 15 locomotives
- Tranche 4 option 15 locomotives
- For each tranche , the locomotives are leased independently for 5 firm years with twox possible one-year extension options.
