The building is developing around 91,000 m2 of 24,000 m2 assigned to 30,000 m2 transport services assigned to parking lots and the rest is occupied by shops, associative premises and technical premises. This building symbol ofModernity, to its inauguration, offers great functionality at the heart of the peninsula which gives it great urban and functional value. However, after half a century of operation, CELP calls for regeneration in order to adapt it to current environmental and social issues.Why the Metropolis of Lyon has initiated a vast real estate operation aimed at restoring value to CELP. This rehabilitation will take place through the implementation of several nested operations mixing several mastery of works.
