- This consultation 2025-0422 relates to the revival of lots 2, 3 and 5 for the restructuring works of the Stratification and Treatment Workshop and Treatment of the Radon at the Jacques Dolle high school in Antibes.
Indeed, lots 2, 3 and 5 of the AAPC n 2024-824 were declared without follow-upof the need requiring the modification of the technical requirements.
These lots are part of an allotious global operation as follows:
Lot 1 demolitions - Gros -oeuvre - Masonry - Various works
Lot 2 Exterior joinery
Lot 3 Plumbing - Heating - Ventilation
Lot 4 Electricity - CurrentsStrong and weak
Lot 5 Specialized Industrial Equipment - Subject / Painting Suction
The modifications made in this consultation compared to the initial elements have been highlighted in the CCTP and the DPGF
Restructuring works of the Stratification Workshop including:
-Access changes
- Modification of the interior distribution
- Replacement of external joinery
- Implementation of a VMC
- Replacement of lighting, boxes and electrical equipment
- Replacement of specific equipment
- Painting in Painting
Treatment WorksDu Radon (in accordance with the measurement campaign carried out by the project management)
- High and low ventilation implementation in the premises concerned
- Waterproof tampon implementation in the premises concerned
