- - Treatment of humidity in the stone walls of the council room: To allow the walls to regulate humidity, it is planned to lay down the exterior cement coating, treat the repointing of the stones and create a lime coating. It is also included the resumption of the fixings of the guardrails of the stone joinery. Treating rising damp in the walls will help preserve the building, pending an overall renovation. - Reconstruction of the roof of the cloister: Water inlets from the roof of the cloister make the ground slippery for users with a strong risk of falling as well as a significant amount of humidity at the foot of the wall for the building and for the council room (crumbling of the granite of the fire inside due to humidity). In order to solve the problem of slippery floors and reduce humidity in stone walls, it is necessary to rework the Zinc roof of the cloister as a whole
