Description:
This consultation concerns a mono-attribute framework agreement aimed at establishing the terms governing the subsequent markets for the supply of BAES all areas of the works on line C (excluding viaduct). This is a framework agreement without a minimum and with a maximum in application ofArticle R2162-4-2 of the public procurement code. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is 950,000 euro (s) HT.
This market is relaunched following a declaration without follow -up.
Each operation will be the subject of a subsequent market specifying the perimeter of the service, the quantities, the deadlinesexecution and the subsequent market duration. These subsequent markets will take the form of a framework agreement with order form.
As part of the award of this framework agreement, a first subsequent market will be awarded in a concomitant manner for the project to build the metro line C,Center sector, to the attributor of the framework agreement.
The duration of the framework agreement is 5 years from the notification of the framework agreement
