Description:
This consultation concerns the landscaping work which will be carried out in the southern sector of line C, during or after civil engineering works in the southern sector. The market takes the form of a mono framework agreement awarded to purchase orders with a maximum amount. This Framework agreement will run as you go through the emission of purchase orders in accordance with articles R2162-2 and R2162-13 to 14 of the public procurement code. It is concluded without minimum with a maximum in application of article R2162-4-2 of the public procurement code. The maximum amount of The framework agreement is: 1,300,000 Euro (s) excl.
