This market is part of the operation to reconstruct the rue aux Moines and repair of the Pont aux Moines in Troyes. Thus, this consultation has for the purpose of the repair work of the bridge to the monks, crossing the RU La Fontaine in Troyes, in parallel with the reconstructionFrom rue aux Moines, under external project management. The services fall under category 3 within the meaning of the Labor Code. Consultation passed according to a procedure adapted in application of articles L. 2120-1-2 , L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1-1 of the public procurement code (CCP). Ordinary market treatedat unit prices with a maximum estimated quantitative amount.
