Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the long -term rental and associated services of four new refrigeration vehicles for the delivery of home meals to users benefiting from the provision of the Communal Social Action Center (CCAS). The services are paid by unit prices and lump sum. Composite framework agreement comprising a flat-rate party and a part at a unit price with a maximum, passed in application of articles L. 2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. For the part at a unit price, the framework agreement sets the conditions for performing the services and executed as and when the purchase orders are issued. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all of the renewal periods. The contract may be renewed under the conditions of the charges
