Description:
The Ugecam Nord group is deploying its care, rehabilitation, reintegration and support activities on the departments of Champagne-Ardenne and Lorraine. The northeast UGECAM manages 32 establishments and services, 9 sanitary facilities and 23 medico-social. The passing procedure used is the call open offers. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. Each batch is an ordinary market, at a global and flat -rate price. The amount of each batch is indicated to the act of engagement signed by the two parties. Each batch is mono-attribute. The services are divided into 10 lots. The contract is concluded from its date of notification, and ends with the delivery of compliant vehicles corresponding to the batch concerned. As part of a technical response (CRT) of the batch concerned, the holder undertakes Over a global delivery time, in working days, of all the vehicles of the lot concerned, from the notification of the contract. The delivery places depend on the establishment concerned, the geographic areas concerned include the Ardennes, the Marne, the Haute-Marne, La Meurthe-et-Moselle, The Moselle, and the Vosges.
