Description:
The purpose of this market is to carry out locksmith and exterior carpentry work in the municipal buildings and the CCAS of Joinville-le-Pont (94). In this market are included in this market, all the work does not fall within the scope of book IV of the public procurement code. These are:- maintenance work,- occasional major maintenance or major repairs,- work relating only to technical equipment. It is a framework agreement for mono-attribute order form without minimum and with a maximum of 100,000 euros HT per year for the CCAS and 500,000 euros HT per year for the municipality. The services are identified in the unit price slip. Only part of the services not initially planned for the price slip, and essential for the realization of an operation linked to the subject of this market, will be ordered in the “Bâtiprix” catalog. The total amount of orders on catalog may not exceed 10% of the maximum annual amount mentioned above. The market will be concluded for a period of one year, tacitly renewable three times a year.
