Description:
The purpose of this market is to carry out a mission to identify networks and buried works for additional inspections or the heritage management of Troyes Champagne Metropole. In accordance with article L2113-10 of the public procurement code, this consultation is alloty As follows: lot n 1: additional investigations; Lot n 2: heritage management. Pursuant to article R2113-1 of the public procurement code, economic operators can tender for the 2 lots. The 2 aforementioned lots can be allocated to a single economic operator. For each batch, in accordance with the provisions of articles L2125-1.1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code, each lot will give rise, to the conclusion of a mono-attribute framework agreement. The framework holder will be consulted, at Each occurrence of a need, through the emission of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. Pursuant to article R.2162-4-2 of the public procurement code, the framework agreement will be concluded with the amounts following maximum: lot n 1: 150,000 € HT valid on the period of validity of the market; Lot n 2: € 100,000 HT valid over the validity of the market.
