Description:
The Hellemmes Technicenter wishes to acquire a new line of liquid paint composed of functions: Broyerie (s) (preparation and painting laboratory), liquid paint cabin (s), discontent zone (s) (s), Sub-layer / monocouche drying zone (s) of varnished drying / Finishing painting. With an automated conveyor speaker, area (s) loading and unloading painted parts for packaging, conveyor + swings
The line will be installed in building 14 of the technicentre of Hellemmes, without civil engineering

Hellemmes Technicenter Maintenance of levels 4 and 5 of TGV, TER 2N NG and AGC trains, during so-called half-life operations to which renovations and modernization operations may be added
From mid 2025, the TI will be in trouble to absorb the load on the liquid painting post
In that Framework, the TI wishes to acquire, delivery, installation and commissioning of a liquid paint line in building 14 of the SNCF Technicentre Hellemmes, composed of the functions:
Broyerie (s), liquid paint cabins without civil engineering, discontent zone, drying zone Underlay / mono-like, Drying area varnish / Finishing paint, Automated conveyance speaker, loading area and unloading area painted parts for packaging, conveyor + swing
