In the words of this article: "Linguistic interpreting in the health field designates the functioninterface, based on oral translation techniques, ensured between people who do not control or imperfectly the French language and professionals involved in their health career, in order to guarantee these people the means of communication allowing them to accessindependently to the rights provided for in this title, prevention and care. This market is a framework agreement which sets all the conditions of execution ofServices. It is executed as and when the order is issued by the contracting authority of the support establishment.
