Description:
The purpose of this market is the purpose of the cleaning and ironing of linen service. The City of Levallois organizes this procedure as coordinator of the order group formed with the Caisse des Ecoles de la Ville de Levallois.
The market is subject to the public procurement code. ThisDocument is designated by the terms "code" in all the documents of the consultation. Qualified as a service market, it is subject to the provisions of the CCAG "Current supplies and services" approved by decree of March 30, 2021. It has passed according to the procedure of the open tender,subject to the provisions of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the code. It constitutes a framework agreement with order orders subject to the provisions of articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the code. Each of the markets will be awarded to a single holder for a maximum duration of fouryears, renewed renewals. The maximum total value of the markets is set at 280,000 Euro (s) HTVA
