Description:
The end -of -year illumination operation includes a purchase component (lot 1) and a rental component (lot 2) of street decoration items: garlands, "street crossing" and post, decoration accessories. The holder of each batch must ensure the maintenance in condition of the decorations andwill also ensure a scenography council of the highlighting of the city.
The holder of each batch may possibly be entrusted with installation, commissioning and deposit, year by year. Each year the subsequent markets will specify whether the installation services,Service, removal, are entrusted to the service provider or provided by the city.
The operation is limited in time and must allow operational highlights in early December. It is therefore imperative that the service provider provides the services within the time limits.
It is requestedgreater choice in the articles offered in order to offer the population of varied and evolving illuminations.
The framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent markets.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
