- The city of Chilly-Mazarin has a complex information system, structured around several functional areas (administration, town planning, roads, finances, etc.). This system is essential for the proper functioning of municipal services and must be subject to rigorous management and proactive. The internal IT department is responsible for ensuring level 1 supports (assistance of first use of users) and level 2 (resolution of more complex technical problems requiring increased expertise). Some interventions require skills Specialized in level 3, especially in specific areas or technologies. For these cases, external support is necessary in order to complete internal expertise and guarantee continuity of services. Finally, the city of Chilly-Mazarin must modernize its network heart. For this, the Holder will pilot the entire project, from the supply of material resources to operational commissioning, including the training of level 1 and 2 stakeholders. This object therefore aims: • the realization of level 3 technical assistance services (firm tranche); • Modernization of the network heart of the city of Chilly-Mazarin (optional slice).
