Description:
the contract concerns the operation of regular passenger road transport lines within the meaning of the transport code the service provision consists of implementing a regular line whose routes, timetables and number of vehicles have been defined by the Organizing Region-authoritydes Transports. This is transport by coach of air passengers arriving at Marseille Provence airport, rail passengers arriving at the Arbois Tgv station to the predetermined services located in the Southern Alps as well as the return journey. White shuttles also welcomeany traveler, even if he is not an air or rail passenger, this is a framework agreement setting out all the contractual stipulations according to articles R2162-13 and 14 of the public procurement code (framework agreement executed by means of purchase orders). It is concluded with a single operateconomic eur on the basis of the minimum and maximum amounts stipulated in the act of engagement
