Description:
In view of the growing number of offshore wind and interconnection projects, RTE has decided, like certain European network operators, to modify its purchasing strategy for these projects as quickly as possible, in particular by securing supplier capabilities to ensure rcompletion of projects within the planned schedules, while maintaining sufficient competition. This notably involves the standardization of technical specifications (today specific to each project), and the pooling of purchases for the construction of moreseveral offshore projects.
This new model will be studied for two categories of purchases:
1.Submarine electrical connections (LSM lot),
2.HVDC offshore substations and onshore converter stations (PEM HVDC lot).
C It is in this context that RTE would like to obtain the support of consulting firmsof lawyers (1 for each lot - the schedules of the two projects partially overlap).
