The contract includes a firm tranche and an optional tranche defined in the specifications.
The services are regulated by unit prices.to the landscaping of the 2100m2 of the lower part of the Berthault park and the accompaniments of roads. It will include the supply and planting of trees, palm trees, shrubs and other plants, as well as the installation of the second automatic watering network.
It consists of twoSlices:
- The firm edge which will make it possible to make the plantations of the massifs of the steppe and Mediterranean themes;
- the optional tranche which makes it possible to make the plantations of the massifs of the cactus and tropical themes. The strengthening of this optional tranche is conditioned toObtaining subsidies and will be triggered, in order of service, as much as possible within 12 months after the start of the firm tranche.
