- The purpose of the market is landscape work and planting to be carried out on behalf of the city of Malakoff. The work will be entrusted to an economic operator as needed, according to the technical conditions defined in the CCTP. The framework agreement with maximum has applied in application Articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders. The order orders will be notified by the contracting authority as you need. The maximum annual amount is set at 500,000 euro(s) HT
