- Consultation launched by a group of orders made up of the city of Montpellier and Montpellier Mediterranee Metropole. The city of Montpellier is coordinator of the group. The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution.Lot 5 is multi -attribute, the other lots are mono allocative. Lot 5 will be awarded to a maximum of 2 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). Lot 06 of this market will be reserved for integration structures through economic activity or structuresequivalent (see article 2.4 of this RC on the reservation of lot 6). The allocation of lots 1 to 4 is subject to prioritization under the conditions set for RC. The services are paid by unit prices.
