Description:
This concerns the medical transport of patients lying down or in Professional Seated Transport (TAP) carried out by the health establishment day and night (24 hours a day), every day of the year including public holidays (365/366 days/year). Other types of specialized medical transport medicalized and paramedicalized (such as pediatric, bariatric, psychiatric) will be described in the different lots. In addition, collective transport of people and Transport of People with Reduced Mobility (TPMR) are also described in the context of the day receptions of the various party establishments. In the event of a legislative or regulatory change around article 80 of the LFSS, the subject of this contract may be subject to change by amendment subject to compliance with the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement, with no minimum amount, will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and can be found in appendix no. 2 of the consultation regulations (financial volume per lot and volumetry estimated quantity per year). Over the total duration of the framework agreement, all lots combined, the estimate is approximately 40,000,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
