Description: This transaction is established as part of the second phase of the Global Line Connection Project 1 and 2 of the metropolis Nantaise tramway to connect the "haluerère" to the east and "small port - faculties" to the Where is. The purpose of it is to build buildings and maintenance equipment for the new Technical and Operating Center (CETEX) tramway located in Babinière, in the municipality of La Chapelle sur Erdre. The project includes about 14,300 square meters of workshop and annexed spaces as well as 1300 square meters of offices.
