Description:
The market which will be concluded following the procedure initiated will be the purpose of the execution of services described below:
Lot A: The IT support service for the management of incidents, requests, changes, remote user problems and the dedicated proximity service Management of incidents, requests, changes and IT problems on behalf of users and peripherals associated with them from the sites belonging to the GIE Villeam.
Lot B: Assistance with project management (AMO) of all DSI activities in:

Regarding Lot A, this contract is a framework agreement with an assigning mono order form without minimum amount but with a maximum amount of 220,000 euros excluding tax over 42 months.
Concerning Lot B, this contract is a framework agreement with an assigning single order form without minimum amount but with a maximum amount of 300,000 euros excluding tax over 42 months.
Lot A services are estimated at 170,000 euros and lot B services are estimated at 232,000 euros.
