This framework agreement concerns the IT support and the associated services whose main expected are:
• Ensure computer impact activities for an initial perimeter and for possible additional needs
• Ensure additional assistance missionsProximity to the SIR and the DNUM
The main objectives of this framework agreement are linked:
• At the level of competence of the stakeholders of the holder who must have, according to the needs, a significant experience in the following areas:
• Evolution, maintenance and support onAll levels of expertise, for office environments and infrastructures that are part of the perimeter of this market;
• The application of the methodological standards mentioned in the market CCTP;
• The best project management and IS management practices and in particularthat of the ITIL V3 standard and the ISO 9001 standard.
• to the added value brought during the different phases of projects and in particular during the specifications of needs and verification of deliverables;
• Knowledge capitalization, for continuous performance improvementand user quality of service;
• The effective management of variable assistance needs, both in skills and intensity of the required efforts (charges peaks);
• Control of assistance costs.
