- this is an ordinary contract at unit prices, which will take effect for the performance of the first services, from December 1, 2023 and will run until November 30, 2026. It will be renewable once by tacit agreement and for an equivalent period of 3 years. Estimated datestart of performance of the services: the start of the implementation period is scheduled for October 1, 2023 and the start of the performance period for the services covered by the contract is scheduled for December 1, 2023. Department, also called "hotline", is available tous the agents of the community and elected officials for the consideration of all incidents and requests opened by web interface via the intranet or telephone. She is also responsible for processing a maximum of tickets independently and making a diagnosis for incidents
