Issuance and management of universal service employment checks (CESU) concerning the payment of the personalized autonomy allowance (APA) at home and the disability compensation benefit (PCH).... Issuance and management of universal service employment vouchers (CESU) concerning the payment of the personalized autonomy allowance (APA) at home and the disability compensation benefit (PCH) at home for beneficiaries of benefits in agent and direct employment mode. The services give rise to a framework agreement awarded to a single economic operator. The services give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders, in application of article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, for a maximum annual order amount of: 5,000,000 Euros Excl. VAT (face value + management fees). As an indication, the total annual amount of benefits granted by the Department to APA beneficiaries using the agent mode and in direct employment is of the order of 3,100,000 Euros and 1,100,000 Euros for PCH beneficiaries in human assistance in agent mode and direct employment. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 1 year(s), from its date of notification. The framework agreement is renewable twice, tacitly within the conditions defined in the CCAP, for a period of 12 months, i.e. a maximum duration of 36 months. Variations are not permitted. The estimated total annual amount of the face value of the checks is estimated at 4,200,000 Euros for the two services.
