Description:
This consultation relates to all telephony services likely to be used by CAPG and Reoges, namely; In particular: - telephone subscriptions (line and SDA headlines), - telephone consumption, - integrated telephone services, - the systems of security associated with all services. The project aims for several objectives: - Take measures in order to decrease, rationalize and master the operating costs of telephony, - modernize telephone architecture and secure the solutions put into production, - evolve Towards an IP telephony solution with advanced functions, hosted in the cloud, - allow the pooling of resources on the various sites and facilitate management, - follow the evolution of telecommunications technologies, - increase the level of continuity of service, - offer performance with regard to configurations in services and to come. Framework agreement with a maximum of 200,000 euros HT for the entire duration of the contract with the following distribution: 160,000 euro (s) HT for CAPG and 40,000 Euro (s) excl. : -PSE 1: sending SMS/MMS -PSE 2: Synchronization of directories
