Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. The services are paid by unit prices. This consultation relates to maintenance work and small investments on departmental roads, their dependencies and other elements of the departmental heritage from the Aigueblanche sector (canton of Moutiers), as well as the supply of road materials, the provision of equipment and emergency interventions in the event of exceptional events. The services included in the framework agreement are as follows: * work, maintenance and large repairs of the road and its dependencies, and various works; * The development and modernization works of the ways and ancillary works; * Emergency work following bad weather and/or natural phenomena to restore road traffic and/or secure the roads departmental; * Definitive comfort works, depending on the nature and mass by formal decision of the contracting authority; * Provisional protection; * The supply of road materials; * The provision of equipment. On the other hand, are not included in the framework agreement : * The installation of safety slides; The maximum annual amount is 1,500,000 Euro (s) excl. The amount will be identical for each renewal period
