The consultation relates to the intervention of a health security and protection coordinator for the benefit of the shepherdes' eco-district in Puteaux. He defines the conditions for carrying out the technical assistance requested by the contracting authority and concerns the intervention of a coordinatorSafety and health protection of levels 1, 2 and 3 on work construction sites carried out on the Eco-district of the Bergeres in Puteaux. The description of the expected services and their technical specifications are indicated in the specific technical clauses (C.C.T.P.). ThereConsultation has passed in the form of a procedure adapted in accordance with article R2123-1 1 of the public order code Amount and estimate of the market: given the uncertain number of missions to be carried out, the services are remunerated, following the provisions of articles R2162-1and following of the public order code by applying the unit prices set in Annex 1 of the act of engagement (BPU) and will be triggered by the emission of orders. The framework agreement is concluded: - without an annual minimum amount - with a maximum annual amount: 55,000.00 euros H.T.Estimated, the contracting authority could order up to 20,000.00 euros H.T. of services per year (for all services). This amount is in no way contractual and could bescalable.
