- The market must meet the accommodation needs of current websites, information sites, consumer applications and other services (entry of nominal data and real time, rewinds and mail relay, etc.). It must also make it possible to develop the services according toneeds. Market concluded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded for an initial period running from the notification date up to 2 years after the VSR of the migration of current platforms.
