Context of the mission
as part of the optimization of its human resources management, Digital Africa wishes to acquire international human resources (HRSM) system (HRMS) in order to strengthen the support of its collaborators domiciled abroad and in particularon the African continent.
The company needs an accessible SIRH management/software tool, allowing it to remotely manage all the stages of the professional career of its international employees (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, wages, bonuses, offboarding, etc.) infunction of their geographic location and local tax and social law.
Objective
The objective of this market is to select a service provider capable of providing SIRH in SaaS software which meets the specific HR management of Digital Africa, while respecting the standardsinternationals of the countries concerned.
Description of the need
Sirh software must include the following functionalities:
Management of recruitments
Drafting of contracts according to social law in force (possibility of choosing from an important list of international countries and in particularAfricans)
