Description:
This framework agreement aims to entrust the realization of waste collection services generated on the site of the Timone hospital and on its ancillary sites (Ihu Mediterranean infection and laboratory of the Faculty of Medicine) as well as various associated services.
The contract is a frameworkMono-Attribute executed by the emission of purchase orders (on the basis of BPU) with maximum amount in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The maximum amount is defined by period:
- period n 1: 360,000.00 euro (s)-Period n 2: 1020,000.00 Euro (s)- Period n 3: 1020,000.00 Euro (s)- Period n 4: 1020,000.00 euro (s)- period n 5: 720,000.00 Euro (s)
