The Project Aims To Renovate The Jean Jaures Elementary School. The planned works relate only to the interior fittings and do not modify the structure of the building in any way. To do this, the works will be carried out in two tranches. The First Tranche Will Take Place During The School Holidaysires Of Summer 2023, From July 10 To August 25, 2023 And The Second, During The Summer 2024 School Vacation Period. (X) Same Batch(S) Of The Optional Tranche. The First Tranche Will Be For But The Renovation of Level R 1 And The Works Are Described As follows:- The installation of a floor covering in clip-on lead tiles,- The painting of walls, ceilings and woodwork. It will also be carried out the painting of the ceilings and the replacement of the slabs of false ceilings.antes On The Ground Floor,- The Replacement Of The Existing Light Fixtures With Paving Stones And Led Strips, Also On The Ground Floor,- The Installation Of Wooden Shelves To Be Painted In Order To Protect The Existing Shelves,- The Replacement Of The Existing Washbasins And The Installation Of A Household drain. Works of the second part Cconcern the development of the ground floor:- the installation of a floor covering in lead tiles,- the painting of the walls and the woodwork, - the installation of wooden shelves to be painted in order to protect the existing shelves,- the replacement Existing Washbasins.
