Description:
The repair work on the envelope of the Varaigne house (enclosed and covered) is completed (building is not registered as historic monuments but located in the grip of historic monuments and in SPR site). The client wishes to continue this renovation by developing a High -end restaurant with its veranda (on the ground floor), a bistronomic offer on the 1st floor, as well as accommodation for tourist use (5 guest rooms on the 2nd floor), covering 872 m2 on the floor surface (excluding attic). The market includes 12 lots: 1 masonry - structural work 2 locksmith 3 Frame - cover 4 partitions - Dubbing - Ceiling 5 Carpentry 6 Floor covering - Faience 7 Painting 8 Elevator - Monte Flats 9 Electricity 10 Heating - Refreshing - Ventilation - Plumbing 11 Isothermal partition 12 Cold equipment and Kitchen The work will start running September/October 2025.
