- The consultation relates to a framework agreement of intellectual services, which concern different types of projects for which Ile-de-France Mobilites will ensure direct contracting management, and have the purpose of:-Feasibility studies and the development of programs-Driving missionsOperation - Assistance with project management on land subjects. The subject of the services will relate to the realization of projects in line with the deployment of multimodal and sustainable travel solutions: Multimodal Road (PEMR) exchanges fitting into the settingWork of an Express CARS lines scheme, bicycle parking lots, bicycle houses, bus stations, eco stations bus, or any other type of fittings and equipment connected to existing centers-gares, etc. The projects concerned may thus, depending on the case, be of a building nature(with emergences), of the infrastructure type (rather therefore focused on roads), or even a handset of the two categories. The services of the various lots are the subject of a fractionation in order form within the meaning of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the code of the codepublic order.
