Description:
COORDINATION MISSION IN MATTERS OF SAFETY AND HEALTH PROTECTION RELATING TO THE REHABILITATION WORK OF THE CARBONEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL The contracting authority is the Municipality of Saint-Victoret represented by the Mayor, Claude PICCIRILLO. In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 93-1418 of December 31, 1993, supplemented by application decrees No. 94-1159 of December 26, 1994, No. 95-543 of May 4, 1995 and No. 2003-68 of January 24, 2004, this contract concerns the carrying out of a mission of coordination in terms of safety and protection of the health of workers in the design and implementation relating to Category I, II or III operations within the meaning of the Labor Code for the rehabilitation of the Honoré Carbonel school group. THE holder is deemed to know all the legislative and regulatory provisions relating to site safety and worker health that may apply to the above-mentioned operation. It will comply with current regulations and in particular with Labor code relating to it and its regulatory developments
