Description:
The objective of the market is to choose an integrator responsible for designing, operating and industrializing a migration plant to the cloud.
This factory will facilitate secure and controlled transfer from the SI eligible to Move To Cloud, while guaranteeing the continuity of services and their integration With the infrastructure of existing datacenters.
Expected services:
Integrator consultation - MOVE 2 Cloud
The selected integrator must support the following services:
Preparation and execution of migrations according to several trajectories (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor), with a high requirement on the continuity of service.
Industrialization of the migration process via an organization in "migration factory" (equipped, structured, scalable).
Support for the rise in skills of internal teams and transfer of know-how.
Targeted modernization of certain components when necessary (replatform or refactor).
Contribution to the construction and enrichment of the Cloud platform (Building Blocks, Tools, Socles, etc.).
Implementation of transverse governance and centralized piloting (indicators, quality monitoring, coordination of actors).
Assistance the definition and execution of migration waves, including technical and functional framing.
