This consultation concerns the integration of Salesforce applications into the Paris Habitat information system.
Paris Habitat is committed to the implementation of Salesforce to manage in particular the needs of its ISCustomer. The deployment of Salesforce solutions was built through the implementation of rich and rapidly evolving projects:
-Design of a mobile application for 1,100 guards, structured around Service Cloud and a mobile application developed in Angular depleased on the Heroku PaaS called "Gardiens App"
-Deployment of the digital agency structured around Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, currently intended for the 160,000 housing and/or parking lease contractors
-Integration with backend services of the Customer IS through the solutionMulesoft
-Evaluation of the relevance of Salesforce solutions to support additional processes of the Customer IS and the Paris Habitat IS in general
