The City of Saint-Etienne, anxious to take into account the people who are most distant from employment who cannot benefit from integration clauses, is committed to the purchase of social and professional integration services.
This market is intended for integration and qualificationprofessional through urban cleaning activities and green spaces.
The objective is to promote the social and professional integration of inhabitants residing in the city of Saint-Etienne permanently excluded from the labor market or which encounter access or maintenance inEmployment.
The passing procedure is the suitable procedure open in accordance with article R2123-1 3 of the public procurement code (market aimed at social services).
Consultation is decomposed in 8 lots. Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
