The municipality of Sartrouville, proceeds to a consultation in order to set up a statutory insurance contract guaranteeing all of its permanent and trainees, including part -time, registered with the workforce and active on the effective date of the contract, contributing to the C.N.R.A.C.L .. The purpose of the contract is to guarantee the insured, in compliance with the insurance code, the reimbursement of all or part of the charges incumbent on him, in application of the legislative and regulatory texts governing the status of his permanent and trainees permanent agents, in the event of Death, illness or accident of privacy, accident or illness attributable to service, and disability.
