With the exception of lot 4 (TRE), servicesThe subject of the market are regulated by flat prices. They are definitive and revisable stipulated.
Lot 4 (all risks exposure) is a fractional framework agreement with an assigning mono order form as defined in articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the code of the codepublic order. For the order for orders:
